Peace Team CoP: Session 8 “Facilitation to Safe Spaces”

We are wiser together and facilitation lets us experience that in every meeting. Facilitation is one of the easiest ways to be more inclusive and work with power in exciting and dynamic ways.

Join us for the next Peace Team Community of Practice where we will be exploring how to create spaces online and in person where people feel comfortable to participate. We will discuss and try out the facilitation technique of creating group agreements and learn together why this can be an important tool for group cohesion.
