In this first episode of the EWG Sharing is Caring webinar series in 2026, Helga will discuss the following topics:
- What is the (regional and worldwide) background to the Gaza genocide, occupation and settler policy?
- How is the transition to renewable energy handled in this context?
- What chances does civil society, in particular women, have to insist on participatory, just and non-violent transitions away from fossil fuels with regard to so-called promoted “peace solutions for Palestine”
- How can WILPF/ EWG be active at COP31 on these topics?
