Join the Peace Team’s Community of Practice! The next session is about Feedback to Feedforward. This session explores how feedback can become a powerful tool for collective growth and transformation within our Community of Practice. Grounded in the idea of “compassionate accountability,” we will reflect on how offering and receiving feedback with humility and care can strengthen both individuals and the group. By shifting from feedback to feedforward, we focus not only on reflection but also on future-oriented learning, fostering collaboration, mutual support, and continuous development in our shared work.
