WILPF (Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom) is seeking an experienced and culturally sensitive consultant or team of consultants to facilitate a series of online sessions in Arabic on Collective Care and Healing with feminist activists and civil society organisations from the MENA region.
This consultancy is part of our commitment to sustaining feminist movements by reclaiming care and healing as radical, political practices essential to resisting burnout and systemic oppression.
Are you passionate about healing justice, feminist organising, and movement sustainability?
Do you bring experience in trauma-informed facilitation, collective care practices, and participatory approaches rooted in intersectional feminist values?

- Sessions will take place between July–August 2025
- Language required: Arabic
- Remote / Online facilitation
Deliverables include:
- Co-creating a feminist, trauma-informed methodology
- Facilitating 4 sessions in Arabic
- Documenting learnings and tools
- Developing a post-session toolkit
- Submitting a final report
