Helsinki +50 People’s Initiative

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Helsinki Final Act, which laid the groundwork for what would become the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). While the government of Finland is organising a high-level conference, Nordic peace organisations including European WILPF members and allies from around the world are meeting in alternative spaces to call for peace and cooperation in the face of social and environmental crises.
